Meetizer was a social app that helped people meet and turn downtime into spontaneous meetups to share an activity with others. As one of the first geolocation-based social apps on a global scale from 2012 to 2016, Meetizer was named Apple's "Best New App" in more than 30 countries and spread its purpose of "re-humanizing humanity through meeting and conversation" in more than 80 countries around the world. Meetizer ended its adventure in 2016 after over five years on the market and a growing global community. Still, its philosophy of a more connected and human world and its idea that life is better when shared will live on in an increasingly superficial and less human technological world. Meetizer's founding team is working on new technology projects that are true to their philosophy from their venture builder Beyomene Ventures.
